Survey – Hominin bipedalism: knowledge, understanding, and prospects
This survey, which will take you about ten minutes to complete, has been developed by the International Research Network Bipedal Equilibrium and funded by the Centre national de la recherche scientifique Écologie & Environnement. The IRN investigates bipedalism through a transdisciplinary, evolutionary, and comparative approach, aiming to advance fundamental knowledge, improve tools, and develop new methods in an open-science framework
The survey aims to explore how people understand bipedalism, its role in defining hominins, and ways to improve the frameworks used to study hominin bipedalism. The answers will be analyzed as part of a scientific publication.
